I think so.but some recent ico takes too much time for the bounty distribution.So i would not be surprised if ethbits taking some extra time for bounty distribution.

Yes, everything seems to be correct. Exactly nowadays ICO's are taking to long to distribute but only a few companies are paying on time without any delays. So we have to wait and see how long they will take for Twitter bounties.

most of them are busier than ever i have been watching this thread curiously whether they are going to scam or not. and i guess the accusations are all wrong.

the suggested deadline of posting their details should have been posted already, this way there will be no blaming when someone claims them too late.

Cases like this can not always be left out,  manager just need to attain 90-95% response/submission and distribute. Distribute and lock the thread after a week.  Have been victim to this and have Learnt from it

This is the delay of the manager, he manages too many campaigns, and he can not guarantee the progress of many campaigns, apparently they have announced that the distribution will begin on the 27th, But he just collected the address on the 28th.
