you said it yourself that they are in the same country!
Yes, each jurisdiction has they, so they is in the same country.

and please learn to read a sentence as a whole and understand it as a whole. do not break it so you can understand the whole sentence.
I understand that you are a 30 cents poster, but without content, no one can understand your sentences! Especially as your sentences make no sense, are not related to the reality.

jurisdiction limits the authority of the court especially is the person is in another country.
Which jurisdiction limits the authority of which court based on which laws in regards to which person that is in which country?

the meaning of jurisdiction itself can tell you why the court's authority is limited.
here you go I'll help you what is the meaning of jurisdiction and other types of jurisdiction. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/jurisdiction, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jurisdiction_stripping and there is a type of jurisdiction that allows the court to have authority in other countries https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extraterritorial_jurisdiction but it is limited and can be stripped. I'm referring to the second link.

by the way, it's if not is.

I did not read the links, but if a court is limited in other jurisdictions, then I go to the court in the other jurisdictions, because the court of a certain jurisdiction is not limited in that jurisdiction. Therefore, no idea what your problem is, especially as you still avoid to add content to your sentences.

You really have no idea how jurisdiction works do you!? yet you keep arguing about it,
if you just read at least one of the links, you'll understand at least the basics of jurisdiction
but your unreasonable sense of pride is limiting your understanding.

No, not at all! I usually throw the ball and if I am lucky, I will hit a litigation case. But it is only luck! Wink

You really have no idea how things around forum work,do you ? You keep bragging about jurisdiction, which is the least important, cornered, small fonted section of the website as compared to flashy bonuses, deposits and cash-backs.Oh well, who's the hypocrite here ?
You will realize what injustice is someday when your hard earned money is taken away by the 'jurisdiction' which works one sides, always.

Can you guys just quit with all these "jurisdiction" talk.
Besides, I don't see anyone "bragging" here, aside from the one who's always on about 'take em to court, juridical blah blah'(I have him on ignore  Roll Eyes)

@OP, are you even considering going to court? You have that option, true. But would you?
Of course, if you feel that you 'can't let them take your money and should stop them', then do so.
Do be prepared to spend your money and time, is what I'm saying. Consult with a legal counsel and see what your possibilities are.

Now, what I think is that Powerbet.io should return OP's deposit. I consider taking a players fund 'especially in this case' and without proper discussions/solid proofs of cheating, as shady behavior.
That's like stealing/using their so-called "sole discretion" to take players money.

You think there's a chance he might have had 'inside info'? Then VOID his bet, return his deposit, and ban him from your site. That's what a reputable site would do.

If you have me on ignore, how can you see my posts?

Take em to court is indeed juridical blah blah and criminals usually give you your money by itself! We also do not need polices and courts!

If something happened, we simply report it in the forums and everything will get solved! Cheesy

Legal expert neochiny informed you that you can go to the court, for what do you need anyon?

I have sufficient info and documents to file criminal complaints at the police or start a court case if required, but I personally think that they will simply process your withdrawal, because everything else will become unlike more expensive for them.

Considering the statements of claimants and based on my experience that victims are typically not willing to contribute anything to enforce their account balance, I decided to offer a "no cure no pay" Powerbet 75:25 litigation attempt:

Powerbet scam litigation 75:25 in process, join + claim your money!

Any of powerbet.io victims would like to organize somehow and to try to see our problems resolved on court?
