I did not read the links, but if a court is limited in other jurisdictions, then I go to the court in the other jurisdictions, because the court of a certain jurisdiction is not limited in that jurisdiction. I have sufficient info and documents to file criminal complaints at the police or start a court case if required, but I personally think that they will simply process your withdrawal, because everything else will become unlike more expensive for them.
