After a year footballcoin is not yet listed in coinmarketcap it's because the only exchange it is being listed is not popular and because it is not qualified because it is way below the $100k needed to get it listed on coinmarket we really need to get it listed on other exchanges.

Their team made a big mistake by using Counterparty for their platform issuing their tokens. If they used Ethereum's ERC20 standard this project would have no problems getting itself listed in Bittrex.

They will not admit it, but being a Counterparty token is whats pulling this project behind.

Yeah any token that is only available on a non ETH platform will have an uphill battle gaining traction. Many people don’t trade or invest in non ETH tokens and they’re also much easier for exchanges to list.

While it has some flaws imo, a platform which looks like it will be very popular soon and a good fit for XFC is EOS. They have high TX throughput and hopefully no TX fees. They’re already worth $5 billion & have > $1 billion to invest in growing their ecosystem.

By being one of the first to adopt EOS you could get some publicity and be easily listed on EOS focused exchanges before the market becomes too saturated as is the case with ETH tokens.

You could perhaps consider contacting EOS VC and say that you are already a high quality, fully functioning blockchain based project with X users & only need funding/assistance to make XFC available on EOS, EOS based exchanges and any mutually beneficial publicity. (You could mention that the Football World Cup, the most popular event in the world, is coming in June, the same month as EOS launches, so being able to mention having a high quality football based project moving too/launching on the EOS platform may be positive for them at that time.)

Thanks for your comment. Moving to our own blockchain has indeed taken a bit of time to get right, but at the same time we believe it represents the best choice.

The Digital Tokens exchange may not be as popular as some other more famous exchange services yet, but we have faith in it. The system itself also works very well. Transactions are made quickly, with few transaction fees and it has 6 coins listed there.

It's also been important that the game and its economy work well. We are in the middle of of testing out the new version of the game which should make playing it much easier and fun.

We hope the World Cup tournament will further add interest in the project. In short, we remain very optimistic and confident.

I hate to say this, but this one big project that fails to capitalize their platform because of the wrong creation of token, I have seen token that was created and get into exchange because they have a ready popular exchange for those coins this is the ethereum smart contract, they have two ready exchange for ethereum based token, why not transfer here and see the results.

I hope you will give it a try. It's a pretty straightforward exchange in terms of process.
It has a few advantages such as low transaction fees, fast speed of transactions and generally a good listing pricing for coins involved.

Is there any way the community around here can help? I read at some point about the option of listing a cryptocurrency on a certain exchange by voting it. is that an option for this project?

We have applied to exchanges like Binance, Bittrex and Kucoin among others. We are trying to be compliant with all their requests. However, it is up to them to decide at what point XFC will be listed.

They must not see the coin as worth to be listed if it takes this long. I've seen coins listed immediately in such a good exchange site without any problem. Maybe the effort you're giving in making your coin valuable is not enough.

Btw, the exhange is not working in my case. I'm testing to sell some xfc but I can't.
