Whenever the launch date is, I'm looking forward to an advertising tsunami to promote the game.

Things such as a coinmarketcap listing, cointelegraph advertising etc as well as some more well thought out marketing plans.

Also, as someone else suggested, it would be really nice to see an airdrop or some similar action to reward those investors who have kept up their support for this project through this difficult time since the ICO.

When potential new investors read through this thread I hope the strength of the community behind this coin will be a big factor in persuading them to join the game.

The new blockchain will probably already be mined and it's doubtful that there will be any airdrops, rewards, etc of any kind or they would have said so by now.  And while Footballcoin may have better graphics than NoLimitCoin and should certainly increase in value over time, I doubt it will ever surpass the success of NoLimitCoin, which has multiple sports, lots of advertising/buzz, and also has known team members as well as former pro athletes taking part in the project.

I guess there's no point in making a big announcement yet for something that might not happen.  And I'm pretty sure there is not a marketing team yet either. Maybe they will be hired next year.

I think XFC is miles better. NLC2 just applied the Pareto 80/20 principle & did the 20% of the work needed to get 80% of the results in the first season, ie. listing on an exchange & releasing/launching before the start of the season.

Minimum CMC adspend these days is $10k so quite steep. I think letting the crypto market know XFC is out there would be positive but marketing spend should obviously mostly be spent on attracting users.

The ideal would probably be to have a YouTube influencer review the game.

All of his last 50 videos have >4 million views. A Footballcoin review by him would probably be the most watched blockchain related video of all time. However I'm sure the cost would be massive, but perhaps advertising on his channel would be an option.  

Guys like this might be more realistic to do a video review who hit the Footballcoin target market...

I think that before any marketing will start, the mobile application has to be released ASAP. Updates should be in order , first  mobile app and marketing with exchange launch after. any football manager in google store are very popular hundreds k downloads up to millions. If i am not mistaken we already have almost 1000 players in the game without mobile app. so i think we are on the good way, crazy times ahead.

That's great news, that's only a few weeks away, finally the sign we have been waiting for let us all enjoy the game the new platform will come and it's worth the wait, after that we will have a lot of exchange to trade footballcoin.

I've just entered a few contests after 2 weeks of not playing the game and am very pleasantly surprised by the new menu system.

It's now much easier to use and faster too. The ability to choose multiple players at the same time (e.g. all of your defence or all of your midfield) is a much needed change and will make it easier for new players to get into the game.

We all know that this project still needs a lot of things but credit should be given for listening to the community and continuing to update the game in a timely manner.
