I can use API Eth to send and check transactions as API BTC . But it does not seem to support
please help me!

Maybe if you could give us a more detailed version of your question we could be more helpful. I honestly do not understand what you are asking. Are you asking if your eth api can retract information for btc api as well? Or are you asking if your BTC api can retract information for eth prices? Or is it something else?

If I understood your post clearly,you want to implement a payment system in ETH where you can send/receive ETH and check the transactions history.Why coinbase? That's a bad choice.
There are many other third party apps which let you do this with minimal lines of code.

Exactly what I need. But coinpayments.net API does not support callback address for eth.Please help me again.
