Maidsafe, Sia or Storj, which one do you like the most?

Decentralized storage solutions are a great way to address centralized server issues. Various cryptocurrency projects are working towards achieving this goal. They are Maidsafe, Sia and Storj, which one do you like the most?

Maidsafe not only look to improve decentralized storage, but they are also big fans of improved efficiency. Maidsafe aims to become a crowd-sourced internet, removing any threats related to data theft and surveillance. Moreover, everyone who provides unused computing resources to SAFE will allow users to get paid in the native safecoin token.

Sia is all about providing decentralized and incentivized storage competitive with centralized alternatives such as Amazon S3. Sia has a strong focus on the enterprise sector and providing a fast, reliable, and cost-efficient service. Sia supports on-blockchain smart contracts incentivizing hosts to store files if they want to get paid.

Storj shares a lot of similarities with how Sia developers are going about their decentralized storage model, yet it does not offer on-chain smart contracts in its current iteration. Automating agreements between hosters and uploaders is well worth exploring moving forward, although their pay-as-you-go model has a lot of potential as well.

Do you have experience using/testing Maidsafe, Sia or Storj, which one do you like the most?

I like Sia the most. I haven't actually used MaidSafe or Storj though.

I like Sia b/c they actually have a minimum viable product, which is a rare find in cryptoland.

MaidSafe I admit I haven't looked much into, but I am deterred b/c they've been at it for like 15 years, and no real results.

Storj I dislike b/c of the trusted bridge.

I first invested in Storj. Later in Maidsafe and recently in Sia. So I am in for all three projects. The reason is simple. It is really hard to predict which one will succeed in the end. Probably all three will succeed but the experience says that one will them eat all. All three have there advantages and drawbacks and therefore I am invested in all. Personally I still like StorJ at most.

Back in the days, I had some issues with the Sia wallet, meaning it was a bit unpractical for me to login using a VERY long password, which you used to type in a blind fashion. Also the command line was a bit unpractical for me with long synchronization time. I am sure Sia is working better now than during its first days.

The Storj software used to work very good for me in windows as well as Linux. It has been quite long time since I do not participate any longer in those projects. However, I kept a bit of their coins.
The interesting thing is that Sia some weeks ago started to wake up increasing its value, the same happened with Storj.

Interestingly enough, Golem is the new and first digital asset featured in the quite famous EXODUS desktop multi-wallet. It was a bit surprising to see the first digital asset "Golem" together with 5 digital currencies BTC, DASH, ETHEREUM, LITECOIN and DOGECOIN.

What do you think guys having Golem within the EXODUS wallet, together with: BTC, DASH, ETHEREUM, LITECOIN and DOGECOIN? Does it mean something to you?

I have bought into Sia, I like their road map and the
function behind the crypto, being solely dedicated to online storage!
I like also that there are rewards for providing storage space.

this from the last line in the first post of their [ANN] thread >
"We are looking forward to the data storage revolution."

on a seperate note, I also use the Exodus wallet and will  be checking out Golem, thanks for the heads up.

It would be best to have the three of them.  Diversification is best when we do not know the future of our investments.  Anyway, I have not used those 3 I just invest and wait till profit gets in.  It is to much of a hardwork using and testing all of them when I can just buy and wait till I see profit.

I like Maid and Storj, not sia, I ain't a miner, sia is the coin which heavily dumped by miners. I am supporting those coins which can't be mined.

The markets have already croudsourced the answer to your question. Thousands of people have already researched the question, and voted with their money.

I prefer Maidsafe because of the recent developments on the coin. The price will get super high if they keep developing it.

Love MaidSAFE! seems to have such potential but concerned with seemingly slow progress.... Hoping Kim DotCom announces file uplaod plans with it!  They are going to need to pick up the pace however - 25 MB in test mode will not cut it.

Or perhaps Crypto Wallet key storage with Iphone fingerprint authentication!

Go MaidSAFE!

As STORJ is having their IPO tomorrow, I installed the software and shared 26GB on my secondary drive,  May be a good way to make a few coins, while being a small way to participate in crypto without financial risk.

I prefer Maidsafe because of the recent developments on the coin. The price will get super high if they keep developing it.

Totally; I second that. They have a solid professional team and have their planned releases. It's not like a graduate stepping out of college and starting a coin. Maid is one of the coins which is moving slowly and steadily with the giants like Factom, Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple.
I had bought few of all these coins couple of years ago. ETH/LTC/XRP were sleeping for a while and suddenly they are rocking the market. It's now time for Factom and Maidsafe to show their worth.

Personally I think only quality products will survive and all other crap coins will be haunted by time. People are loving Sia because it is gaining attention due to pumps n dumps.

Anyways, my vote goes to MAID.

Not sure a Maid trade will pay off this month, it's been flat for a while. ICO might help, but I'm still waiting for MaidSafe to produce a workable coin after all these years. Looking at the graph though, I see no reasons to purchase this until it breaks to new highs. I'll bite on Maid if it rises above 21k, but, I won't be happy about it lol.

Storj is at least breaking new highs. Hopefully Storj holders will get some profit.

All I can say is Thank you SC for making me lots of profit. SC is still going to rise too, it just broke through new highs. If the others start to look juicey I'll buy more.

I just am sick of hearing about MAID since back in the day it was all amazingness coming and here we are still waiting for something to be produced. Even if its in testing at the moment, I still consider it vaporware until proven otherwise.

ExtraBYtes is a new blockchain model using proof of signature. While storage is not the main focus it will be one of the first services that will be built on this security focused chain.

I have a small amount of sia on an online exchange
And have been holding it for quite a while.
I also have not been paying attention to whats happening
In this corner of the crypto industry so whats going to happen?
