A lot of members on here use Binance and Coinbase Pro. Both of those exchanges have been around for a while and they both have their own advantages/disadvantages.

Binance exist not much longer then a year. Binance is super new exchange. Coinbase exist for long and have really bad reputation.  When you chose exchanges I would suggest you to monitor what https://www.blockchaintransparency.org/ have to say apparently they will change their website next week so I will also post their twitter: https://twitter.com/BTI___

Dont let exchanges fool you. There are plenty good exchanges and there is way more bad exchanges that with fake volume want to make them self look good.

I do support decentralized exchange but they are hard to find now. Most of them also have a little trade volume so it will be a difficult buy and sell situation.

I would Binance only if I am to choose a centralized exchange.
Funny thing about New Exchanges now specially decentralized ones, they have KYC's. Where is the decentralized thing there?  Grin They are making projects which are really funny.

I do not try to find out about new exchanges, as I hardly trust them, that's not to say they are not trustworthy, but I would definitely stick with old and trusted exchanges such as Binance, that I've used and can attest to its safety
New exchanges come out daily, but they find it difficult to rival the old and long standing ones mostly due to security preference

In relation to the topic, the exchanges play a fundamental role in the structure of cryptocurrency. As such, renowned exchanges have an obligation to ensure a service and structure for clients and could join decentralization as a goal. Now in relation to the novice exchanges, the difficulty is in confidence and adherence, maybe all may have Binance, Poloniex, Cryptopia in its heyday, CoinExchange, Bittrex as reference.

Some of the new exchangers offer more favorable terms in order to get users. As for the old, they sometimes commit violations, for example, they can block an account, as it happened to me on Bittrex. Therefore, I began to look for an alternative and found ChangeNOW, which do not require registration and offer good conditions.

Come on man. For most exchanges you never heard of. Known exchanges are now ranked 50-150 by volume. It makes zero sense. https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/  Look at them. Bitfinex 47, Coinbase 48, Kraken 52, Bitrex 55, Bitstamp 60, Poloniex 80, ...   This simply makes no sense.   Top exchanges wash trade just to look that have lots volume and attract new suckers to trade there.

yes they need to do it because if not then they cannot win the fight for bigger and popular exchanges  .

As for the old, they sometimes commit violations, for example, they can block an account, as it happened to me on Bittrex.

it normal to have a rules like that and thats not thier fault if you violate them  .  your block because maybe your doing that is something against thier rules .

Therefore, I began to look for an alternative and found ChangeNOW, which do not require registration and offer good conditions.

are you related from them and you are promoting them  ? there are many bad feedbacks from the said exchange  . they claim that changenow is now shady and scamming its users   .

Sometimes new exchanges look much better, offering something new for us. However, there are a lot of them, and often they are ordinary scammers. It is very difficult to understand which of the new exchanges is really reliable.

It is very difficult for new exchanges to compete with old exchanges. Trading volume is a big consideration for traders to trust an exchange.
but more and more exchanges will get better, because each new exchange gives another and different advantages.

Presently Nauticus exchange isn't even among my top 50 because there is really nothing special about it.. if you want to see a new but good exchange, just head over to DCoin Exchange, I used it once and I fell in love, I obviously love the big boys in the game like Binance and Huobi and Kucoin as well.

An exchange !right be old and yet your coin might not be safe. Trading on a new one, is another hassle on its own. Most of the trusted exchanges on my list are the old ones, but that does not make me store funds on them, because I am not sure of what will happen later in future. It takes much time to trust the new ones.
Investing in a new coin is another ball game, which is much different from using a new exchange.

Old exchange are the best because we already know how potential their team and security they are providing to the customers. So instead of focusing on new exchanges it is good to focus on old exchange because we already seen their credibility in the market in all sector of exchange listing.
