Yesterday I started to receive coins under the old contract in a wallet, only not for 1 and 20 coins, which is much more convenient.

It would appear that no one is willing to help the dev with the heavy lifting and they are simply waiting around for the payouts.  The wallets stop syncing at times because I assume he has to stop his software long enough to implement the standard maintenance that the software and the hosting box need.
