That is nearly impossible.The sportsbook will end up paying for your wins and also 0.20 extra just for 'playing'.Directbet.eu has something similar,you get reward for wagering particular amount but not as high as 0.20...
Other sports betting sites which offer you such rewards either don't have an audience or are really desperate to steal from you.

I just want to clarify something, since the sportsbook rewards are 1 LP for 0.001 btc bet, so it means, i need to bet 5btc to get a free bet reward f 0.02 btc and so on, like i will get a reward for eth as well.?, or i will pick only on one coin reward?
For example i got 5000 points = rewards for all coins....or..
I got 5000 points = reward for one coin only which i'm betting.

Yeah it matters to me and what im looking is like that, Even bet365 has a 100% FDB capped at 200$ and rollover times is only 3. And there are bookies that offer free bets like this in real money(not in btc or altcoins) and there free bet is around 200$ for 2000-3000$ bet staked. But as i said what i am looking is bitcoin or any altcoin sportsbook that offer services like this.

I noticed how to do the change from bitcoin to the other alt coins your site accepts.
Just too bad when i did I lost 6.39ETH on all my bets wagered.
That was over $330 at the price of ethereum when I did the switch from btc to eth for all my wagers.

Now you are not giving me an incentive to continue using your site after losing over $700 this month along on all my wagers just on your sports book.
This is not including the 0.09694btc and 0.58056ETH that I deposited into you casino wallet either.

Other sportsbooks/casinos offer way better bonuses for spending this much on their sites to keep them as a player. You offer me nothing in return except an answer of "You did not reach the VIP loyalty points need to get 0.02btc credited to you account!".
You realize this is only $21.19 in bitcoins? Who would in their right mind would want to use your casino/sportsbook for a VIP reward so blatantly LOW( ) knowing they would need to spend over $5000 (5000 loyalty points is 1 pt per 1mbtc spent! ) to just get that?
That makes your rewards program look like a complete joke to what your competitors are offering in incentives to spend that much on their respectful sites.
Either you give your players who frequent your site something to keep betting and playing there or you can say goodbye to another member of your site.

Even after you raked back my winnings for an missettled bet of the Oscars outcome.
You know I didn't have to pay you back that 0.067mbtc a month ago and just written off the account with you, don't you!?
And you still withheld my winnings for 2 bets placed this month that I won but your staff put them both on pending saying there were double spent bitcoins. That is not my concern! I sent out the deposit for those bets and it was up to the bitcoin network to handle the transaction, that is not in my control once it leaves my wallet! If the blockchain is congested with over saturation of it's service and delays the sends, then that is their problem not mine and I should not have to pay you back nothing from those winnings.
That was handled totally absurdly in my point view!
Very unsatisfied customer here using this site as a sportsbook right now!

When I review their VIP loyalty rewards program, well i see FREE is still FREE, but you are right..getting that free amount of 0.02 btc for 5 btc wager is not good enough because i can see other sportsbooks have better odds than them. This loyalty award cant compensate that.
