[环球时报特约记者 金惠真]韩联社3月31日称，韩军方人士透露，梭子蟹渔汛临近，为防止中国渔船进入汉江下游水域非法捕捞，韩军决定从4月1日起派在韩朝非军事区执勤的民政警察在该水域进行严打。配有步枪的30名民政警察将加入严打行动。


　　去年6月，韩军曾与海警、“联合国军司令部”在同一水域联合严打中国渔船，4天时间内抓扣2艘中国渔船。韩国纽西斯通讯社称，汉江下游水域正好位于韩朝分界线附近，属于较敏感地带，韩军去年曾担心民政警察进入该水域执勤会招致朝方抗议，但当时韩朝并没有发生冲突。报道称，去年韩军事先向朝方通报相关情况，但今年未事先通报。消息人士称，去年11月至今年3月非渔汛期，韩军相对降低严打力度并缩减兵力。

　　另据韩国SBS电视台报道，韩国国会3月30日通过“海洋警备法修订案”，修订案规定，海警可在遭到对方攻击或拟攻击时，对方3次以上违抗海警的停船、驶移命令时，群体性地给海警造成危害或准备造成危害时使用火力武器。
