It's often discussed here that you can't make any money from gambling, but in general it's just not true. House edge is usually quite low so the most of the money go back to players. Of course some one wins more than he bet, some one wins less and loses in the end. It's all about luck. I am sure that the most of you was lucky at least once and made some nice money. So my question goes here: How did you spend this money? Did you buy some presents for your close ones? Did you buy something for you? Did you invested it, saved it or even put back into gambling (and then made even more or lost it?)?

Pamper, how? Would you be going to a day spa, go drinking, go shopping? That's very vague though. Also, when you win, how much winnings would you require so that you can pamper yourself and/or treat your friends on a night of drinking? I think this is pretty subjective, since if I win like $1 that is already considered as money won. But I would not be treating anyone if I only won a dollar, right?

Pamper, how? Would you be going to a day spa, go drinking, go shopping? That's very vague though. Also, when you win, how much winnings would you require so that you can pamper yourself and/or treat your friends on a night of drinking? I think this is pretty subjective, since if I win like $1 that is already considered as money won. But I would not be treating anyone if I only won a dollar, right?

Even that money won can be considered as an easy money for now if win eventually, I don't think its a good idea to treat everybody, what if you will waste that money and you became out of budget in the future then the ending is you're going to borrow again just for betting habits. It's good think of something important to buy with that isn't be worthless if you spend it in a right thing. Maybe we can think of an appliance to buy or use that money for the needs of you family, and allocate the money won for saving for your family for a preparation of health reasons funds which we could not predict to happen for any members of the family.

I gamble occasionally but if i win I think i will buy something that memorable that i will cherish forever for my win so that every time i see the thing i would remind me that sometimes i win a huge amount. Maybe i buy my wife an expensive jewelry because it will last forever like a gold or diamond necklace so that every time i see this thing with my wife it will remind us that sometimes i got lucky in gambling.

I've won just a small amount of btc which is BTC.03 and what I do to it is I invested it in different altcoins. Buying is not always in my mind because I promised that I will just do that if I accumulated more than 10 btc.

You have better strategies ahead. Live for it but don’t make your winnings in here from gambling. It would be better if you have won now, and just shift to trading. Leaving gambling will surely show you better results in your life. You will notice it clearly when you join some better source of earning money. Get bitcoin as you are thinking, invest or hold and enjoy the whole life.

I also have the same opinion with you. Gambling will not make you a definite income, I strongly highlight that gambling is a risk game whose winning factor is only influenced by a fortune. So you have to think more if you want to play gambling, many people say that they can become rich because of Bitcoin, when in fact they even lose and lose a lot of money owned. Besides Gambling also has a bad impact on the life we have, the worst thing is when we get addicted because then we will not think of anything but gambling game. Usually people who are addicted to gambling will have a life filled with nightmares.

Yeah, never sell/spend your bitcoins lol. i've also spent around 1.3 bitcoins for a laptop(back in 2016), it worked only for 4 months(sent it for RMA been 2 months still haven't gotten it back), looks like i've been punished for spending my bitcoins lol. it was my last purchase with the bitcoins that i'd won.

This is a very good suggestion and advise for those who wish to follow or learn from people who have had some crazy experiences from gambling.

If you have some pretty good cash already from gambling and you have been lucky enough for the house edge not to collect it back from you, it is best to invest them, watch them grow and if you wish you can take tiny little part of it to have some fun or try your luck if you feel you want to, but not because you want the same scenario to happen again cause it might not.

Investing in ICO is also just like gambling these days, ICOs that have collected millions of dollar are not making significant move on market after listing. So you are basically still gambling even after winning from gambling.

But without risk you can't earn more.

Investing in ICO is also just like gambling these days, ICOs that have collected millions of dollar are not making significant move on market after listing. So you are basically still gambling even after winning from gambling.

Its just really like gambling because you did invest or gamble your money on those project but somehow we can called it a strategic one since we do use our knowledge and skills on researching but considering on the current rate of successful ICO it would really turn out that you are really gambling your money and the risk is high.I can say because on all of ICO in the market only a few percentage did able to succeed. Back to topic i have bought laptop when i do won on gambling.

Well I really admire how you gave your winnings in gambling to your mother.  Since there is nothing compare to a happinees of a parent when his kids is helping them with finance.  But I would suggest that do not try your luck to much coz you may lose your bankroll and unable to give money to your mother.  It would be best to do that trading, at least you have the chance to play with the volatility of the item you are trading.

Well, pampering yourself only depends on the amount of cash you have won. Once that I hit it big in gambling, I just got home and started calculating how I could make effective use of the money so it can keep growing and I am happy I made that decision.

I gamble now not because I want to win, but because I want to have fun. I never expected the huge win but when it came, I just had to make the very best use of it cause opportunities like that most times only come once in a lifetime except if you are just super ordinarily lucky.

When i win in gambling, i will save some of what i get and some that i will use for my life's needs.
I personally, when playing gambling is not much bet, because i think gambling is not a source of regular income, gambling is just a fortune.
