Description:
Bitcoin supply is limited to 21 million units.
If each person owns 21 Bitcoin, there would be just 1 million persons that own all Bitcoin (pardon any deviation in ownership).
Thus if you own at least 21 Bitcoin, then you are part of the 1 million population of Bitcoin owners.
Are you part of the Club?

Mark of the BTC

No, I'm not a member of the Millionaire club but its cool to hear that if you are part of it, isn't? but I do believed I'm close to that position Wink
but for now need to work hard to achieve my goals of earnings this year 2017 Wink

21 Bitcoin don't make you a Millionaire. You mean the 1 Million club...very different from being a Millionaire. Your confusing quantity with wealth. Anyone with 21 coins has a bit over $21,000...which won't get you far in a Millionaire's world.

Maybe just a membership card in this club costs 21 bitcoins.
I would not agree to pay such money for the sake of this status))))

I do not own 21BTC and I do not dream to be part of the one million club. Anyway, they are not one million anymore because I saw some address who owns 40K bitcoins. Maybe it will be just a one hundred thousand club only.

That's a great goal, but very hard for most people now that the price is so high. I would settle for just 10 Bitcoins.

Even to have 10 btc in wallet is a big deal nowadays and most of the users would be struggling even to have 1 btc in their wallet especially those who are busy in earning bitcoins and for me even to reach at 10 btc will take a really long time.

I remember reformatting a hard drive with at least 30 bitcoin.  maybe more.  Back in those days bitcoin was almost worthless.  I live paycheck to paycheck, in debt up to my eyeballs and kids.  30+ bitcoin would change my life.   Not a day goes by since Nov 2013 I don't think about it.  I still have wallet addresses I can look up with thousands of dollars.

That's why I'm so sour about bitcoin today.  nobody helps anyone...it's just greed stacked on greed on top of greed.

Yes, the key for success is indeed in accumulation, even if you earn 2 bitcoins a day but spend them on anything you like when you see you'll never be able to save for the happy hours (referring to the times when price per bitcoin is well above $5000).
I also own some altcoins as well not the pure scam ones but the ones with future.

No I am not yet part of the Millionaire club and I am too short of reaching there and even I am not sure whether in future I would be able to achieve that milestone or not and as of now I have only 2 btc but I am really satisfied with the amount that I am holding.

LOL, 21 btc. That's what most of the old time miners earned their first few days or week of mining. There's a ton of people around here that have a lot more than 21 coins.

a week! mining took too long Smiley
21BTC was 4.2 claims of a faucet.
i don't know how long the time frame between claims was but it shouldn't have taken more than a half day to get up to 21BTC

edit: it was 5 bitcoins per IP address, so with a dynamic IP or with VPN it could take less than 5 minutes Grin

you mean few hours, in few days, in the past you could make 1000 btc i remember, with just the cpu, and with the advent of gpu it was still very easy to earlymine tons of block

but many other have still mroe than 21, not because they earlymined them but because of altcoin, which still deliver a good amount even today if you are lucky...

I didn't know there were faucets back in 2010.

Yeah, those days Bitcoin was worthless + useless that any normally rational person would not even want to waste his time in.
I bet if we have a time machine to take us back to 2010, we still wouldn't bother with it if we have our memory erased.

You're talking about the founding miners, the CPU miners. There's only a handful of them. I mean old time miners before ASICs, the gpu miners. I started mining with deepbit just after they opened, with multiple machines, and still couldn't get 21 coins in a day. A couple of days minimum and that's IF luck was working in favor of your pool. If current luck was against your pool it could take a week to get that many coins. I didn't start raking in that kind of coin until I had 40 HD5970s working in my garage. I don't think a lot of people were doing what I did.

Right now,  I could only wish I started this earlier. I could even have more than 21 BTC if I did. But now, it is way too hard to earn even just a bitcoin what more 21 of them.

Well, I pretty admit I am not a part of this club since I was not an early adapter. And 2015-16 users of Bitcoin will never able to earn 21 bitcoin in one or two years.
Well, from other eye if we see increase in value of Bitcoin, we can say soon we all will be in Millionaire club, millionaire in sense of Bitcoin value in dollars!! Cheesy

I wish we could actually see real distribution on the blockchain, but unfortunately it is designed to obscure the data. I would like to really know how many coins are owned by a small amount of early adopters.
