For all the people who have doubt then please consider the following

1. Ethbits is a legally registered company with real people behind it that match with our core team.
2. ICOCOUNTDOWN does not list scams which is the reason why they are so popular (we are listed on there).
3. www.bravenewcoin.com and www.tokenmarket.net would have their reputations damaged if they were working with scammers.
4. The principle escrow is Fran from bravenewcoin so we can not just run away with money even if we intended too.
5. We have provided links to the team on www.linkedin.com in order to verify anything we have stated.

7. Our Lead Developer has an outstanding reputation on upwork and again would not jeopardise his company and reputation by working with scammers.
8. We publicly posted we are not part of ethbits.net before it was mentioned. They actually copied us before we went public so there must be a compliment there (the design for Ethbits logo competition was carried on bitcointalk which is where this 'leak' must have come from).



The team has discussed this and have decided to take action to stop the ridiculous claims by some of the users. How can they type of graphics used to determine the legitimacy of a project?  All the posts are deleted by admin when we report them but we have to wait for the admin on bitcointalk to respond and in that time we have legitimate potential investors visiting our thread and they do not need to trawl through all of this FUD just to get some information. We will have a moderated thread and we will not delete legitimate questions actually we welcome them! The person in the video, Matt, is helping out and is potentially going to be hosting the UK site for Ethbits Local. However he has a Job that is not crypto related therefore would like initially to keep low key. He may be at coinfest though with a few others so come and see for yourself. The CEO Monty will also be present so please if you can come and see us!

20% (1m) tokens not sold in ICO , so pocketed by dev team? Sounds greedy to me.

the 20% of tokens are not pocketed by the core team. 10% goes to running the platform (locked in escrow until Ethbits iTrade), 6% Marketing and PR as well as 4% to the core team but this will be held in escrow for 9 Months.

We already have a working platform www.ethbits.com and we will launch Ethbits iTrade in 2018 see the roadmap.

interesting so this would be a better venue to discuss about your project, Ethbis iTrade would attract interest i guess if the team
would start developing this platform and it will successfully launch coming 2018 this project would be big for sure, good luck

Dev has done the right thing but he should also pin or post to the announcement thread explanation about why lock the old and create a new one,that fennywolf guy is good at trolling coins he has done that to some other coins although the explanation is already posted

Yes we feel its better now. Its hard to understand why that would happen. Anyway we continue to make the 1st crypto copy trading platform. We will update the thread with this later today/ tomorrow:


WHAT IS ETHBIT TOKEN?


The ETHBIT token is a type of currency used to pay fees on the ETHBITS Local platform (for example to buy/sell Bitcoin, Ether and other cryptocurrencies).  ETHBIT tokens can also be used to distribute dividends to investors.  If you hold ETHBITS tokens, you hold a portion of our platform, and by holding a portion of our platform you are entitled to your share of a distribution of 40% of the platform’s profit.  The dividends will be paid on a quarterly basis .
A total of 4 mill tokens will be sold and a maximum of 5 mill tokens will ever be in existence. The final number of Ethbits created will be determined by how many tokens are sold in the Token Crowdsale:

If less than 1 million usd if raised then the proportion raised will determine the % profit share. So the amount raised from 0 – 1 Mill usd will determine the % profit share from 0 – 40%. Everything over 1 Mill means the standard 40%.

I think it's because of the past ico launched by newbie members without escrow and n o reputable companies behind,but there's a lot of good ico that has been trolled by these people some of these are bitconnectcoin,lasvegas room and of course eth,there will always be troll waiting fopr the dev to make a mistake.

I just joined the twitter campaign and will be watching this ICO with great interest as I always like to look for innovative and new tokens and coins to invest in. I will read all the inf as well tonight when I am more relaxed from all my online duties.
