regarding the rules of the campaign, there is one that I think should be skip..
"-1 post per week must be in The EthBits ANN" -  ANN Thread is currently lock so we cannot do it anymore.

It seems that this is also a good platform.

 Regarding the SIG campaign, we have assigned 3% of all coins to the participants. After the ICO we will calculate how many posts you all have done and then divide equally. we will make it all clear on the spreadsheet. This will work out better than giving you a fixed amount due to the number of participants. Actually probably a lot better so I hope you are happy with it.

Member :         : 0.6 ETHBITS per constructive post.                   
 Full Member:: 0.7 ETHBITS per constructive post.             
 Senior :         : 0.8 ETHBITS per constructive post.                   
 Hero & legendary : 0.9 ETHBITS per constructive post.

Just for clarification, i think since bounty is changed to 3% of the total tokens sold, and member ranks have different payout structure, you can call this fix values as shares, for example legndary, 0.9 shares per post and so on.
When ICO is finished, payment will be proportional as per number of shares.

I think red mark in the form means, he/she is already removed from the campaign since he/she did not follow the procedures from OP.

EDIT: He/She is not removed in the campaign, just that he/she didnt reach the min. post per week which is 10.

So the ICO has started and it's still not clear in the opening post that 3% of all tokens sold will be distributed to the signature campaign, just a fixed reward per post according to forum status. Can you clarify what the actual reward will be? Strange that this isn't clearly stated yet.

It seems like a perfectly legitimate question to me?
