Yeah you can't abuse the welcome gift bonus because they can track you by using your "IP" also if you want to abuse the welcome bonus, you need first to reach and make complete the huge wagering requirments. Don't try to abuse free money welcome bonus IMO

what do you mean by "flashes the loading screen". if you can open the website then it most probably is not a problem with your cache it is a problem with loading it, in other words internet connection (but you say you have a good one!) so it may be JavaScript problem.
what browser are you using and is it updated? and also have you tried using another browser, for example the latest version of Google Chrome should work.
I just checked and I could access the website. it may also have been some temporary problem with the server, have you tried accessing the site again at other time?

I too checked it and found it to be one among the best browsers. One thing that easily gained the attention to use it is the security. It has got high security features. Added to its security it blocks the unsecure websites as well for increased security it takes us to websites through its own HTTPS.

I am using Chrome browser, and it is working fine, maybe the only problem is his connection, or maybe his browser, because some browsers are not working on some sites, like the Edge browser of Windows 10, I can't open my Ether Wallet using that browser, that is why I switched to Chrome, and now I could access my Ether Wallet, and I know that goes the same on @JENREM problem on accessing our site.

you are obviously very misinformed. i put a link in my post for the very reason . as myself and several other patrons were trying to assis another patron access the website in question and on topic as assisting another patron helps increase the communities view for the assistance offered even without the direct intervention of the developer! Off Topic would be if a person would be simply to lazy to click the link i put  out. and question the first words that are written on their website!
