You won't have to deal with any loss if you don't make shitty investments like throwing dice in the first place. Investing in shitcoins has a price. Drink a nice glass of cold water and swallow it with your "lose" pill. It will make you smarter next time.

I agree, you really don't have to deal with any loss. It is just a loss, so if you are dealing loss you just accpet it. Loss can give you lesson that you need to learn. So, you really need to deal with a loss you just accept the fact and learn from that loss. Loss is a constant in trading so get used to it.

Sometimes you should do purging.. Purge after consecutive losses or even wins in a row. This is very helpful to re-strategize your plans and clear your mind. First, you have to live by the golden rule when it comes to trading or investing, only invest or trade what you can afford to lose. Risk is always present and as soon as you absorb and accept that idea, the better you can bounce back from a great loss. After my first significant loss in trading, I was devastated to the point that I wouldn’t even go out of my room! But then I thought to myself, how can recover by stopping? So after a few days I went back and tried again and again.

Losing money out of trading is so disappointing because we spent a lot of effort, time and money in dealing with this process. Based on what I observed in the market, it is better to keep and hold the coins because we will experience pump and dump again and for sure i will sell my coins if the price is too high.
