buy.bitcoins.com, I never tried them before but from the look of it, you don't need to verify any personal info however the fees are high compared to other services. Virwox is another service where you could buy using credit card, you have some limits though and they won't go increase unless you deposit using PayPal/Skrill (It takes a few months).
