[WTB] Aged Paypal (with transactions) with NO 21 DAY HOLD & $3-5K/month limit

Hey,

I need a Paypal account (that works in Canada) that is not subject to the 21 day hold. I want to be able to receive payment for invoice, and then have the money in my balance immediately, and be able to move it wherever else I'd like. Please get back to me and let me know if you can help me out.
