Gray Matter Case VS. Rosewill L4500 + Drop-in GPU Bracket

I'm planning to build a 6 GPU mining server, I've done a lot of research and now narrowed down to two solutions:

1. Gray Matter GPU Economy Case,  which doesn't include fans and risers, so minimum cost is $299.99
2. Rosewill L4500 + Drop-in GPU Bracket by spotswood, see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1731197.0, which includes fans, approximately cost at $160

Anyone happen to have experience with own both cases? What's the pros and cons of them?
