Genesis mining is a scam and will no longer pay out coins DOGE STILL PENDING

They aren't responding to me now.  I'll keep pestering them until the day they shutdown.  At this point their credibility is very low in my eyes.  I'll never do business with them again and have threatened to spread this thread all over the internet to their potential future customers.  Guess they don't care.  Seriously Genesis Mining, if you care about your credibility, come clear your name and respond to this issue on the forum.  It's not going away and is only going to get worse for you.  (I link them to this thread in the daily email I send them begging for my coins)

I entered into a contract with them when I first got into cryptocurrency a couple of years ago.  Bad choice obviously but there is nothing I can do now except try to recover what I lost.

That is why it's a terrible deal to invest in something you will need to wait a lot of time to hit ROI... The best investments you start and withdraw/finish the investment anytime, so you don't need to hit ROI, since you started the investment you are already making profit, even being a low profit of few satoshis (depends how much you invested).

No offense taken, I get what you are saying.  I had some coins go into pending status because I didn't have a payout address provided.  They recognize that they owe me the coins but haven't done anything to fix it in over 2 months.  Now they just don't respond to me.  I should just screenshot the ticket that's been open with them all this time.

I'm been a member of this  cloud mining site too. But I didn't encounter any problems that you had now. Honestly writing, There are still paying I always recieve my payment every 1-2 weeks.

I never had an issue with the auto payout system.  Its getting them to release coins stuck as pending in their payment system that is the problem.  I understand things taking time but we are coming up on 3 months...

I don't want to point the finger to Genesis Mining but these kind of situation were first to start in other cloud mining companies that soon after turned themselves to total scam and run away. Maybe this is not the point with Genesis Mining as they really have hardware to mine but also maybe that they will become selective scammers. It is better to stay away as you will never ROI with them. Good thing you got your coins back Op.

How come he deserve it?? Can you see his rank? He's newbie mate and im sure that he doesn't know on what is happening on that site so don't give a fuck giving that reaction to a newbie since im pretty sure that we all came to that situation and been scammed by cloudmining site before and provably this would be a lesson for him to not trust those scambags and unprofitable cloudmining sites..

And for the people who like the Idea of mining well much better if they do it on their own and build a rig so that they wouldn't be scam by anyone who promised them to earned more from it.

Genesis-mining is legit and they have their rigs. But yeah the problem is the return which is just way too small and not worth it. Imagine if you just bought doge and hold it? Now it is probably more than 10 times of your investment.

I respected what you believed for about genesis mining and why is it that more were complaining against ponzi scheme accusations? Don't get me wrong and I tell you mining nowadays is not profitable, even hardware minings costs a lot of energy consumptions. This genesis minining that you've called legit scams people and those complainants were really experiencing disappointments, that's why more accusations been raised against genesis mining.

An amazing thing just happened.  After I sent genesis mining an email about this post, my btc and dash payments were sent.  Doge is still unaccounted for but I sent it to poloniex so it may be pending.

If they're only concerned about their public image rather than you getting your coins though, they're probably starting to selectively scam.  Or, it could just be a coincidence, but the lesson is, never trust a cloud miner.

Yeah cloud mining is ridiculous and never trust them. I can't believe after reading the topic they sent him his coins immediately. So it clearly states that genesis mining is working but only for themselves and for their reputation. They played under the table you. When you sent so many customer service mails they were like yeah we are working on your problem but now it seems they were just getting time for themselves to earn profits by scamming. That's bad and they just got neg trust now with this kinda behaviour.
