In your local wallet the requirement is a minimum of 48 hours and then it depends on your block size.

Hey, can you explain me why my wallet hadn't staked anything? Coins were transferred there 5k blocks before now.
you said that it need at least 48h to start staking. Now its more than that.
in the 1st post:
