you should add config file in your Wallet directory then it will sync  
put this in your Vsync.conf file
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
daemon=1
server=1
listen=1
rpcuser=youruser
rpcpassword=yourpassword
rpcport=18155
port=18154
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
addnode=vsyncnode.servep2p.com
addnode=vsyncnode1.servep2p.com

Then open wallet it will sync ..

put your conf file %appdata%
then Vsync Data dir.

You can retweet as much as you want, but for this campaign its a reward per account, not per retweet.
