Second mistake : Lost those amount in just 3 days, you played with martingale strategy without set certain amount for gambling,

That was a huge loss but that happened already and you cannot turn back the time, just accept that you lose and keep the remaining and move on.

You must be never lost big amount like what op did , i have lost 0.8 bitcoin out of 2 bitcoin in total last year.

You should not wager that you can't afford, but gambling need to be played with big amount only then can get better profit. Worst advice ever! Why don't you suggest him to do something else with that money, 15 btc is a lot of money he can do something much better with them then to spend them on some treatments.
If someone is not good in something its reasonable to assume that you will stop doing that, if you suck at dices don't play them. And if you are not skilled gambler who forced you to sit with 10000 dollars? You could try with 10- 50 dollars, and if you see its not going to quit on that.
