The situation of Bitfinex is important for its users but I don´t know how much can influence the price of Bitcoin. Anyway it has enough importance in terms of the reputation of exchange platforms in general. In that sense it would be good if everything is solved in a positive way.

I doubt if that will be recovered as soon as possible, becaue all of the decisions are on the bank's hand. So, they can take anything they want to give a punishment for the exchange site.

It's useless if exchanges on your country has exchange rate far below $1300, I believe bitfinex has the highest rate of bitcoin price right now due to fiat withdrawal problem but other exchanges such as OKcoin, coindesk, bitstamp, or coinbase shows bitcoin price within $1226-$1257. On preev may show $1300, but it still because bitfinex and there's no point without other exchanges reach that price as well.

They will surely come up with some sort of solution, but I don't know if it will be enough for people. In order to keep their exchange running properly, they have to find a new bank to cooperate with. If that's not going to happen, then they need to start looking at certain payment services. In this case it will help to a certain extent, but the majority of the people prefer doing business through their bank. Either way, people will still move out of that exchange. It's not for nothing that Bitfinex is the only exchange with a premium in its price.

You also need to take into account the Bitfinex situation if all gets resolved then I don’t see any reason your prediction could be mistaken but if it does not get resolved and it gets worse then we could go back to the eight hundreds or maybe even below that.

I think it will have an impact but I don't have an idea if that will be big at this time or just small.

I think the price increase is being slowed down a bit, i think the price of bitcoins will increase in the month of may and we might see that the price of bitcoins would rise upto 1400$ by the end of may .well it may even happen that the price of bitcoins even hit 1300$ by the month of may. Governments don’t need to put any special tax on bitcoin, you must pay your taxes on any wins you make with bitcoin anyway, what they are looking is ways for them to improve the ways they can track your transactions so they can tax you more effectively.

Tracking of every transaction is really a hard thing to do, but if the government take initiation sure they can make it possible and levy taxes based on the transacted volume bitcoin. This will affect the bitcoin users and starts using common fiat, so same as Russia I believe Countries won't track the users. Now we're close to $1280 soon will touch $1300.
