I never heard of this website and until now, you are the first one I hear saying that this site belongs to Satoshi. It's not though, It wouldn't make sense to ask donations in DASH:

I read it in chats, then why donation button still on bitcointalk? Maybe he created Dash? Anyway i am not sure that's why i am questioning.
The team behind dash are known to the public, the donation is still there because some people may want to donate and the donation addresses are controlled by theymos and not by Satoshi as mentioned on that page:
