Question about Skrill trading

I actually have two questions:

1. Skrill have any rules while trading my BTC for skrill?
2. If I have a Visa card linked to my account which I still didn't verify, could I still withdraw funds to? or It must be verified first?:




I can't verify my Visa at the moment because I don't have access to my statements so can't see the credited amount.

skrill rule can't open personal exchanger, can audit and money laundring if open pesonal exchanger
about trading bitcoin use skrill , if not wrong, bitstamp support deposit use skrill
or you can bitcoin trading use meta trader 4, majority all broker forex support(and much broker forex support trading bitcoin) deposit use skrill
