What do we do with the old coins that we have from the previous launch? Will they be restored? If so how will that be done

Please how did you synchronize your wallet? Mine is not synchronising at all. Simple I just deleted blocks and chainstate folder and let the wallet sync from scratch. But all my coins are gone |

Finally I was able to synchronise my wallet and coins were sent to me but I did not get the coins in my wallet whereas it has been deducted from the sender's wallet. Please what could be wrong?
Does it mean the sent coins will never appear in my wallet or what?
From the sender, it is showing unconfirmed, not in memory pool and has not be broadcasted yet but my own account is not credited as well.
What is going on Please the dev should say something.
