Is it possible to get people using hitleap to register and also click on adds on a website or is it just viewing?

Those hits are 100% useless ...
Those are artificial visits, there are no humans involved, so nobody will register or click your ads ever.
The only use of these visits is to increase your Alexa rank (for example).

Ohk thanks for the information, can you please advise me on which ones to use for actual clicks and registrations? I am looking for a service that can provide that.
