CoinURL (coinurl.com): works / always pays / shows ads as expected - unlike OF or most other advertising networks you can use the funds you generated directly for your own campaigns
Anonymous Ads (a-ads.com): also works - no signup required

OF: it takes a while for them to verify your website, could be better

+1 for coinurl I have used it for a small traffic blast and it worked very well as expected

The only issue with these networks is the traffic is not very targetable, you can select by country and language but they dont allow for very specific targeting

I suggest CoinURL too. I'm using it on CoinChat, and the context sensitive part works with dynamically inserted elements.
