Only legit way of making this work would be to BURN BTC coins and get them replaced by these ETH token type of coins kind of like Counterparty.

So if every BTC holder (including Satoshi) burned their BTC and got your coin instead, then I would see this working.

I assumed a transaction was needed to create a contract.     The fact that coins are being given away doesn't mean it isn't a scam.   I've been scammed too many times in the crypto world, I'm a slow learner but I starting to learn.
