HI

I deleted an old version and wallet of bitcoin core. I downloaded both window versions of the new version (0.14.0). The problem is, it will not open.
Why, and what can I do to correct this???  I hope to hear from you really soon!!!

What exactly do you see? Do you see any error? If you look in task manager, do you see the bitcoin-qt process after you try to open it? Can you please provide the debug.log files?
