[ask] bot change the price auto limit

Hello, i saw someone using bot yesterday on poloniex, the bot can make auto ask when someone has a big amount bid above him. So, this is the example:

If i make buy order with amount 500 and price is 0.015001
someone who has the bot can make the price 0.015002 automatically and if i change to 0.015003 the bot automatically make buy order above me 0.015004

I want to know the bot that they are using?

BTW, are you typo about make a buy order? Looks like what you're talking about is sell order
