thetorcoin has not logged in, in 5 days but the premine are still in the same address so i would not worry too much.
Probably he/she has something else going on her/his life and that is why the inactivity happens.

Even if you haven't seen the dev lately, it doesn't mean that he had abandoned this project, he might been very busy with his life and other important matters and we can say that he is still doing somethings for this coin, the proof is the promotion of this coin which is very active and well maintained and the dev never failed to send the promotional fund even if he is not around at the forum.

That logo is not made by them, if you look closely.
Also Tor is in dictionary with definition "a rocky pinnacle; a peak of a bare or rocky mountain or hill.", so i do not think they have legally right to any authorization or whatsoever.
The logo was made by some person here (i think it was iluvbitcoins), and it is different enough from the original one that, you can sell the t-shirts freely i think.
