Almost for 6 days right now I did not got review or refund in my advertise

After 2 days pass I begin type 1 message each 24 hours in support

Anyone knows admin or what we have to do?
As promoter I will loose this money and did not will get ref back
Will be a bit sad that's 10% from 1 BTC
Will be not fine to loose
Any ideas guys?
