Second round date for registering NODE is unknown yet but it is better to be ready. Numbers of nodes is propably limited so it will be very fast thing. Better to buy coins now and keep in wallet and be ready. Remember about 100 xby fee for registering node last time many people send exactly 500000xby beside 500100xby and lost their opportunity to register node in time

No problem with buying XBY now, but I would appreciate some kind of slot reservation (simple list would do it). Idea that there will be more people than free node slots resulting in some race who will start the node first doesn't seem right to me.

XtraBYtes is a newly invented algorithm that does not require any traditional type of mining support, such as: POW or POS. We have created something called Proof of Signature which ensure that 100% of all blocks will be signed by the system when they occur. The blocks are signed by the system after verifying the transactions in the block. There are a total of 650 million XBY and there will never be more.
