do you think it would be a wise time to move over to Pro Hashing now then?
currently it seems not possible to register, i have tried the last days and got a message that they are not taking new users atm Prohashing also not much profitable than Nicehash ........ I had registered already....... Are same. Er. I got the opposite, even with prohashing.com growth issues. It's likely a wash for either imho. Mine BitConnect coins and sell them to LiveCoin or NOVAexchange for BTC. https://bcc.coin-miners.info/

If I provided you good and useful info or just a smile to your day, consider sending me merit points to further validate this Bitcointalk account ~ useful for future account recovery...

As of earlier today (8/28/2017) the AntMiner L3+ has "disappeared" from the Bitmain webstore- It still shows up under products but it is not in the store. I know its sold out but so is everything else and those other ones (S9,D3,APW++ and ntRouter) still appear in store...come to think of it the T9 is also missing. Anyone want to guess whats going on ?

As far as I know, that's just the way it is. Maybe they do it so people aren't constantly checking to see if their L3+ is in stock, constantly throttling their website. Instead they list it on their website when a new batch is released. I could be wrong though.

This does not really mean anything. This happens all the time. The list and delist it after every sale. sometimes they are "sold out" and a new batch is released in the next weeks and sometimes they put it off the website completely.

I can see why people talk often about L3+ quality issues.
I was able to find a local seller with one August batch L3+ and buy it from him.
One of the four hash boards was faulty already when he received the miner from Bitmain.
So the first thing for me with the L3+ to do is send a faulty hash board to Bitmain. Because this was sold from private person to a private person, the warranty is valid, luckily. The seller also asked about this from Bitmain and they confirmed that it is ok.
But still I'm okay with all this, because the price was reasonable, I was able to have the miner right now, and Bitmain handled the communication with the previous owner well, so I should be able to do the warranty repair procedure easy.

Well they're sold out of the batch shipping at the end of October, so no point having it on there if there's no stock for the bulk of the rest of the year?

Did he only have one? I would imagine better care is taken of bulk orders throughout the whole process of ordering, especially shipping, just by the nature of how shipping things works. That's unfortunate, but even after losing 25% profits from a single machine, it would still be an insanely profitable miner, that's the beauty of them

I would quote bitcoinwisdom, but it's stuck again. This site says we're looking at a 66% increase: http://ltcwisdom.netSeems pretty significant to me. I'd be icing my balls if my L3+ hadn't already hit ROI. Hell, maybe I'll still ice them...

This increase in difficulty has been expected with the release of more L3+ miners, and the price of LTC soaring through the roof. Nothing too significant so long as the price continues to rise along with the difficulty - which is what we can expect to happen.
