I have the same problem. I cant withdraw and i dont use the API. It happens with the normal withdrawing from the website. I use the Yubikey with both types of pass and its always the same.

Anyone knows a solution? A fee doesnt help. Its a bug probably but annoying.

I was able to withdraw some weeks ago without problems.

But for me the problem is now solved. I tried it again after some hours and it worked now. Im not sure what the reason was.

2) Don't use too many exclamation points; see #1.
3) Explain your problem in detail, using screenshots if possible.
