I hope you can get everything sorted soon, I really liked your pool, and the realtime stat tracking is excellent. I was willing to stay, with the payment problems, but now, I seem to be submitting shares at a rediculously slow rate, and it's costing me money. I'll keep an eye on it, and when things are good, I'll come back

this is not problem, this is fair for every one, our pool is not pps, so more or less shares will not affect your earnings, it's the rate affect u.

you have another pool to recommend?
i tried featherpool and feathercoin is geek
they all have issues
the longpull keep coming out with stales and the stratum loses connection all the time.

I switched to www.WeMineFTC.com and it works perfect. I have checked all the pools myself as well and now i am hashing with WeMineFTC and works fine so far

When shares are being submitted so slowly, that your site reports my speed as 64KH/sec, I'd say that's a huge problem

Alsp, you have lost like, 300MH/sec of hashing power, in 3 days. How can you say, no problem? BIG PROBLEM

the whole network is losing hash power as people move back to litecoin after the difficulty readjustments though

I liked the layout of this pool site, but I do not like the inability to cash out as needed. We all know (most of us) only mine feathercoin to convert to BTC, to make more profit. How can we pull out coins we mine, in a volatile market? We end up waiting till we get to 20....

Can I just get mine out? I have maybe 10 or so in there.

That is definitely NOT right, nor what anyone agreed to upon signup. When I tried last, it gave 'security fix' as the reason, but now you get the lame message.

I want to withdrawal from this pool please!

I have over 60 ftc in there.. emailed admin and went back and forth trying to get my money out.. my problem is it will not let me add my wallet address in there so i can't pay out.. 10 emails back and forth (very quick response time) with the admin and as soon as i requested for him to send the coins out and i verified everything on my account for proof, he didn't reply.. no change.. so i will be leaving until 2 things get resolved

-add stratum
-fix payout/wallet issues

until then, i cannot, and will not recommend this pool..

What pisses me off most, is that FTC was selling at a nice price, for awhile, and now it is steadily dropping, and I wasn't able to sell off my damn coins. Fail pool

I have also requested manual sending of FTC from my account via email about 10 hours ago. No reply. In the meantime FTC tanked.

I can not recommend this pool at this time.

Edit: The owner of the pool wrote back to me, explained that 20 feathercoin are needed for cashout, and added that he will add function to cash out for 0.1 fee for small balances.  I have more trust in him now that he wrote back. It remains to be seen whether the cashout function with the fee becomes available anytime soon.

That is useless, I wanted my coins 2 days ago, when FTC was still at .004, not when it dropped to .002.

I received all of my coins this morning, so kudos for at least giving me my coins even if it was too late for me to sell before the crash.
I'm just going to hang on to my coins in the vain hope the price will rise enough for me to sell for a decent profit.
Its a shame the payout system was so bad, otherwise it was a great pool, it was very reliable for the time i used it.

This. It seemed like you were coping well despite the hacking problems, but this 20 coin minimum thing is nonsense. Didn't sign up for that when I started, and you made it seem at first like it would be a temporary measure. Now the pool is clearly collapsing rapidly, practically no mhash anymore. I only have about 8 FTC in your pool and would greatly appreciate a withdrawal on that.
