There are a lot of governments that are greedy and open to bribes, but there are some more decent governments that won't go and accept bribes without some decent convincing. Well it is not really the actual government as a whole that I'm saying is corrupt, It's the people that are within it. Those greedy people that get easily driven to do bad things for money. It's not that we're blaming bitcoin over corruption, Yes we know that in almost every place or country there is corruption and those greedy people are doing it in almost exactly the same. Sometimes they get easily caught because we all know that they're doing it with some investigation on their 'transactions.
