I don't think you will need to go through these things as the project has been declared as a scam and you can check the main thread where the details of the fund have been funded before the start of the ICO to show up as 2500 BTC collected in few days.

i saw those scam accusations too and they really have an argument. so i guess it is not a good project. better not invest here and better not to waste our time.  there are so many projects that are far more better than this. try polybuis, it is a great project.
