yes, there some issues with nova exchange with some withdrawals, is not our error, and solution is so easy but not in our hands.
They just need to cancel those withdrawals, and restore the balance so you can send again, because, once again i had a try today and is working fine.
please send this to them, i will do as well

If the coins never made it to the blockchain they never left cryptopia.
