If you meant you just flashed (and completed the process of flashing) your card, you can reboot any time.

Mobile App (Android)

Monitor miners, exchange rates and Bitcoin network stats.

I've flashed a dedicated computer, cant see if the progress was 100%, so I was waiting to reboot the system

It should take around 15 seconds, but if you had miners up at that time it might even take a day.
