**CLIENT 1.08 UPDATE**
2. Internal player transfer feature has been removed from the site.
What was the reason for removing player transfers? Is this permanent?

Hello Folks,
There seems to be a slight problem after our update/fixes with our dealer animation dealing "ghost" cards.
Also the payout bug seems to still be lingering. We are going to try to shut off late registration, and see if this is causing the problems with mispayments.
We thank you for your continued patience.

2. Internal player transfer feature has been removed from the site.
What was the reason for removing player transfers? Is this permanent? Yes it's permanent. We have no plans or wishes to act as a money transmission service. We are a poker site and would very much like to keep it this way.

We seemed to have isolated the issue.
The payout problem seems to only happen when we use extended registration in our tournaments.
This also explains why our developers were not able to see the issue when they were testing the upgrade.
We will have this fixed ASAP. In the meantime we are guaranteeing ALL our tournaments with no late registration!
Come and get it while the getting is good!

Not sure if this is possible or if you would be interested, but as a developer myself I know first hand that devs testing their own code never works well. Having a user test environment with play money only would allow your users to do testing work for you and save the devs time to actually develop code!
Either way thanks again for all your hard work getting this site finely tuned and honoring the missed payouts due to late registration bug.

SatoshiPoker, thanks a lot, great work! Actually those late registration, besides their payout bug effects, were a kind of headache and misleading for the guaranteed freeze outs! Thanks again!

Is there anyway you can adjust the registration time for the freerolls? Say registration opens 15 minutes prior to the start? Every game is filled with 20+ AFKs. It makes the game longer, and changes the way people play chasing dead money. I know it's a freeroll and I shouldn't complain. But it's getting pretty annoying having to wait for 20+ people to blind out.

We fixed this on the future free rolls.
Registration will start 30 minutes before the free roll.
Thanks for your concern. We have come to find out that there is limitations in our software that prevent us from doing this. We will let all of you know when this is possible. For now we expect everyone to be courteous to all the other players, and not REGISTER in tournaments that you know you will not be able to play. IF we find players sitting out excessively it may result in revocation of your play access. Thank you all for your mutual concerns.

Speaking of sitting out......I am in a freeroll now with only 18 players. I guess that is because it is a 500 chip instead of the usual 1000 chip. What will it be going forward? One table has 7 players with 6 sitting out while my table has 5 live players and 3 sitting out. That one live player is accruing quite a chip stack.
The table sounds need to be changed. What is usually a sound to alert you that it is your turn is used whenever somebody calls, checks or the pot is pushed. There is a similar sound at a higher pitch which is the alert sound. I kept thinking it was always my turn at first. The sound usually used for checking is used for someone folding. The chip sound is used for bets, raises and posting blinds. It takes a bit getting used to but when I played 2 tables it was very difficult to keep track of what was happening. All you need to do is see how other sites do it.
