Because you can't change the private key, which means, that the seller can still access the sold address and there is no way in hell to prove that he_she can not. Unless it's Jesus, I wouldn't trust anybody in that regard. And even Jesus might pull some "money is evil" stuff, I guess.

When we all have to make efforts to bring the token on some exchange to bring new people in the community then why not to wait little more and keep pushing it towards medium exchanges at least to be added there. We need liqui or yobit type exchange if bittrex is out of our reach at the moment. Together everything is possible and achievable.

yes! for now only the one who have genesis address can mine MNE, if you don't have genesis address, all you can do is buy MNE and bump&dump it. if we can exchange genesis address, the value of MNE will be increase.
