Yes, that's probably an accurate way of describing it. It does quite seem like that, but there is a little difference, total no. of coins is determined by that as well, unlike on an airdrop which are likely % only of the total supply. |

The current balance is 78 per genesis address, that multiply by the number of accounts give the current supply, wich increase every minute or so, in coinmarketcap you can see it. |
