I've never had any problems with PrimeDice, even with large withdraws and good winnings.

Issues:

The hole life (buying/selling, renting, working, service, etc.) is flooded with issues. So the problem is not the issue, issues are as old as the mankind.

Pretty much these days most of the high post count threads in the gambling section are all safe to use. They have good feedback and they have cold storage and 2FA and provavbly fair so you can verify your bets afterwards to make sure you weren't cheated.

The only sites I would never gamble with BTC are the ones which are found usually with a google search, mostly all of those are usually scams. And they will either cheat you or when it comes time to withdraw your BTC the withdraw will become denied.
