Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

The minimum here is 10 sat/byte. I need some one to add it manually to a pool or whatever.

@OP what's the total fee that you paid?
From what you've said, I think its best for you to wait 72 hours and allow the transaction to disappear, the coins will go back into your wallet and then you can just resend it with a better fee. Doing this manually is too troublesome

I can't afford that. I need to be confirmed even if it is only 60 bucks.  I will pay up to 20-25$ if some one can mine it, plus tip for some one who will find me that guy

have you read the sticky on tech support board. i believe "Ask a miner for help" part is what you need for the fast and easy solution.
i did that once for a transaction with 0 fee and contacted this guy: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=358020 fast and smooth.
