What happened:: Withdrawal was requested in Dec 19th, 2017

Scammers Profile Link: http://yobit.io

Amount Scammed: 717 ETH / ~ 1 million US Dollars
Payment Method: Withdrawal Request
Proof of Payment: http://tinyimg.io/i/7IAP9YL.png
PM/Chat Logs: No Reply at all, tried Support tickets, Twitter, Chat.
Additional Notes: I understand it is a significative amount and all I want is YoBit to cancel the withdrawal and I'll do several small withdrawal in different dates however they are not interested in reply to support ticked.

Question is: If they don't care about 1 million dollar problem will they care for small amounts?

UPDATE: Got the coins few days after this post.

till the date i never face any issue with yobit , but i heard so many bad reviews about their customer service ,
yobit is really serious for their exchange ??
if yes then why they not hire a proper support team .
even few projects mentioned on their site that they will not list their tokens on yobit bcoz of negative reviews . one of those projects is electroneum .

Yobit.io??, I guess you accessed a fake website, the real yobit is yobit.net.
I checked both the sites now and io one is a fake one , be careful out there.

No according to yobit's twitter account yobit.io is its backup domain. It's legit.

Regarding the OPs delayed transaction someone made a post explaining that the ethereum network is so overloaded that all the exchanges are having problems with transactions. He posted this image to make his point.

Yobit should have at least answered his support ticket by now, but they are probably snowed under with them.

I understand the Ethereum network is overload, I get it the "safety" in hold up this withdrawal due the amount involved
however no answer from support for 1 million dollar case in 4 weeks then I have to raise a red flag and turn it public so everyone will know with who they are dealing with.

i have stuck coins too ABY ZET
you should never withdraw 1 million dollars at once, no website on earth would allow that much money to get out of their website, unless it's under their watch
i'm sorry for your lost, these coins have to be released manually by them, they are not going through
