I don't know what fee the sender used( I bought from a trusted website ). But it's coming in to a blockchain wallet.

The fees on both of your transactions are actually all alright so you shouldn't worry about it at all.

The only thing you can do currently is to use a transaction accelerator to just the one from viabtc which is free.

I think I'm going to give it till morning and see if it confirms overnight. After that I'll take a look at viabtc. Thanks.

Ha. Finally got 1/3 confirms on the incoming tx. So it's definitely not stuck in the aether.
