Bitcoin by Christmas 2018?

Well, it's still a long journey and we are even don't know what happen on Christmas 2017. If the bitcoin's price increase at Christmas 2017, i'm sure it will also increase on at Christmas 2018. I predict the price of bitcoin will reach up to $2000-$2500 per coin.

If they don't split blockchain by then I'd say from $2000 and up to $2300 and if segwit is activated by then we should see $3000 up to $3500 hopefully.

More days are there to celebrate the XMAS 2018, by every year end close to the days of Christmas price increase happens. This time too if the current increase continues we'll surely reach $2000 because in the meantime bitcoin gains lot of adoption from big corporates and financial sectors.

$2000 is a pretty good estimate,  and with 1.5 years to get there, it's certainly possible.   On the other hand,  those of you who think $200 isn't in the realm of possibility,  I'd suggest you think again.   All it would take is for sentiment to get really negative,  and that could happen too.

I'd say it'll have healthy growth like it did in 2016 and rise by a few hundred dollars.  

I'd be surprised to see it anywhere over $2000 or under $1300.  Since it reached an ATH near the ETF I think that >$1300 is easily possible and Bitcoin will steadily rise in value due to lots of people storing value in it and not using it as a currency very often.

It will be over on that price range just by reading the price history. Bitcoin already reached that amount before ETF denied and it means that will be easy to reached once old investor transfer again funds to btc. ETH is on high amount now but before christmas it will be dump soon. I predict that it will be on price range of 1600-1800$.I'm currently holding and hoping for buying a lambo.

It is safe to say the $2000 mark so I voted for it, well I think it will be almost near that value and a lot have already voted for it, but a year gap between the value of bitcoin is pretty questionable and many are doubting it to reach that point well all other price range was pretty detestable and unreal for me for the time being, well i pretty think a slight move of it can make your heart pound do you?

Are you some kind of expert?  Do you have a crystal ball?  What knowledge do you have that others don't that makes you think you know better than the rest?  A little humility will take you a long way, mate.  I recommend you have some.

Btw, I voted 2000 USD just like you.  With the lock on the scaling drama, that's being optimistic.  I could also see this not going anywhere.  But who knows...  No one can really predict these things.

Crystallball my arse. The price wont almost double without scaling lol. Just more money will flow into alts untill scaling is solved and then : BOOOM bitcoin 1mln and we all lived happy after, except kwuckduck and shannen87 who are left behind.

Another choice didn't make a sense for me, $2000 will be the best choice according to the japan to be a friendly country with bitcoin in the future. I will be speculating more common companies in Japan are interested in joining in the bitcoin business such as Mitsubishi. Another good news or bullish news if there will more store starting to accept bitcoin to be a legal payment on his store. In my conclusion, japan has a lot of the bullish or support to the bitcoin in the future. This will give another hype to the bitcoin market. If UASF will be being true in the future and $2000 asap

With all such awareness and numerous new people involved in Bitcoin next floor should be above 2000$ by the Xmass this year. Small ups and downs are taking places but overall we Bitcoin is remaining at 1200$ range which means next spike will take it to there. I also have voted for this option.

Assuming Segwit by that time is activated - If the price isn't sitting at least in the $1800-$2200 range, I will be greatly disappointed. In case Segwit still isn't activated, and thus we remain in the same situation as is the case right now, then the range will be more like $700-$1300. I wouldn't even be surprised if we dive under the $700 level in that regard, because the longer it takes before Bitcoin is finally operating larger blocks, the stronger people's fear and uncertainties will become.

Christmas 2018 is a long way off, there could be a whole heap of stuff that happens between then and now.  I would say $5,000 at that time would be nice and not too far fetched.

Bitcoin has very solid growth more people are getting involve with cryptocurrency so that I think it would be around $5000 we have still very long time to reach that time frame. On Christmas price would be $2000 recent trend is showing a moon there.

if trend continues we will be able to see 2k$ per bitcoin by 2018 its early to speculate but its almost 2 years and their is always possible rise up from time to time, bitcoin last year made it double again from 600$ to 1200$ by now so if another two years or less 2k$ is achievable. can't wait to see that rise up better to start buying and holding btc now.
